Ministry of Law’s response to IBAHRI’s letter

The Ministry of Law issued a response on 21 May 2009 to the International Bar Association Human Rights Institute’s (IBAHRI) letter dated 23 April 2009, regarding the continuing enforcement of the death penalty for certain crimes in Singapore. A copy of our response to IBAHRI is released for reference.
