Question
To ask the Minister for Law whether the Government will put our law of contempt of court in statutory form and, if not, what are the reasons for not having such a dedicated statute-based law of contempt.
Answer
The Ministry of Law intends to put our law of contempt of court into statutory form. The Ministry is working on a draft Bill.
