The SICC has been a trailblazer for dispute resolution in Asia. Its establishment three years ago has broadened the suite of dispute resolution options available to regional and international parties.

On 9 January 2018 Parliament amended the Supreme Court of Judicature Act to clarify its jurisdiction and simplify its processes. This is part of the continuing effort to refine and improve SICC’s service to meet the needs of users.
