Thank you for submitting the Application Form for IPTO eServices. With effect from 1 Apr 2011, all moneylenders are required to submit their Statements of Moneylending Transactions (Quarterly & Monthly Returns) online at the following website: https://www.mlaw.gov.sg/eservices/rom/
Moneylenders should ensure that the Statements are in Excel format according to the template provided in the following website: https://www.mlaw.gov.sg/eservices/rom/
Please note that these Statements are to reach the Registry of Moneylenders by the following deadlines:

|---|---|
| 1st Quarter (January – March) | 14 April of the year |
| 2nd Quarter (April – June) | 14 July of the year |
| 3rd Quarter (July – September) | 14 October of the year |
| 4th Quarter (October – December) | 14 January of the following year |
