SMS Alert on Monthly Instalment Arrears

With effect from 7 Mar 2014, IPTO will launch a SMS alert service to remind insolvent persons (with Bankruptcy Orders made from 1 January 2010) who have not made any instalment payment for the last 3 consecutive months to settle their arrears.

Insolvent persons are advised to settle their arrears via SAM machine and Singpost counters. Please note the opening hours for IPTO cashier’s counter: 10.30 am to 12.30 pm (Monday to Friday); Closed on Saturdays.
