  1. The Public Trustee is administering the un-nominated CPF monies of the late Mr Tan Pit Hor (NRIC No. SXXXX184G), who passed away on 15 January 2012. Pursuant to section 29 of the Trustees Act (Cap. 337), notice is hereby given that the Public Trustee intends to distribute the CPF monies to the beneficiaries of the late Mr Tan Pit Hor.

  2. For this purpose, we would like Madam Tang Jie (Passport No. GXXXX5125) or any child(ren) of the marriage between Mr Tan Pit Hor and Madam Tang Jie to come forward to make a claim for the monies. Madam Tang Jie or any such child, or any person with information of their whereabouts should write in to THE PUBLIC TRUSTEE, THE URA CENTRE, EAST WING, 45 MAXWELL ROAD, #06-11, SINGAPORE 069118, FAX: 62242858, E-mail address: ipto_enquiry@ipto.gov.sg within two (2) months of the date of this notice.
