NOTICE

The Public Trustee is administering the estate of the late Mr. Tan Peng Kia (Old NRIC No. SXXXX342), of 131 Devonshire Road, Singapore, who passed away on 10 February 1952. Pursuant to section 29 of the Trustees Act (Cap. 337), notice is hereby given that the Public Trustee intends to distribute the estate monies to the beneficiaries of the late Mr. Tan Peng Kia. For this purpose, we would like Mdm. Ng Lee Keow (NRIC No: SXXXX924C), Mdm. Lilian Chew (unknown Identification No.) and Mdm. Phang Ah Yee (unknown Identification No.), who are the wives of the late Mr. Tan Peng Kia, or any of their children, to come forward to make a claim for the estate monies.
