Sample Clauses for Constitution of Law Corporation(DOC, 29KB)	Under rule 27 of the Legal Profession (Law Practice Entities) Rules 2015, the constitution of a law corporation must provide for the matters specified in the Second Schedule of the rules. An application for a licence for a Singapore law practice structured as a law corporation must include its draft constitution as a supporting document. Applicants are advised to use LSRA’s sample clauses when drafting their constitution to prevent delays in the processing of their application.
Continuing Professional Development Declaration Form(86KB)	An application to register a lawyer under section 36B of the Legal Profession Act must include this completed Continuing Professional Development declaration form as a supporting document.
Sample Certificate of Good Character(29KB)	An application to register a lawyer under section 36B of the Legal Profession Act must include a Certificate of Good Character as a supporting document. Applicants can refer to LSRA’s Sample Certificate of Good Character. The date of issue of the Certificate of Good Character should be no earlier than 3 months prior to the submission date of the application.
